Are we able to arrive and depart from different marinas ?
Absolutely. For extended overnight voyages, we provide total versatility, enabling you to begin and end your journey at any preferred marina across the Balearic archipelago.
While our day excursions typically set sail from our home base in Alcúdia, Mallorca, we are happy to coordinate a custom drop-off at a different port. This is subject to the travel distance and your scheduled timeframe.

Vessel Capacity
How many guests can Serenity yachts accommodate?
Our fleet ranges from intimate vessels for couples to expansive yachts hosting up to 12 guests for day charters. For overnight stays, our larger sport yachts feature luxury cabins for up to 6 guests.
Dining and Drinks
What is the process for customizing our onboard catering and refreshments?
Your concierge provides preference forms to ensure all culinary wishes are met. Simply detail your palate, allergies, and drink choices during the booking process, and we will curate a personalized selection of refreshments for your voyage.
Booking start times
When do our voyages begin?
Every excursion is tailored to your schedule, allowing for flexible departure and return times. Day trips typically commence from 9am onwards.
Water Sport Activities
May we request aquatic equipment and what amenities are available to us?
Every charter includes snorkeling gear, paddleboards, a Williams jet tender, and various inflatables. For added excitement, we can provide premium rentals like jet surfs, hydrofoils, and Seabobs. Our concierge is ready to fulfill any specific gear request.
Fuel Charges
Fuel is excluded from rates. How is usage tracked and settled?
Yachts depart with a full tank. Upon return, the vessel's digital system tracks exact consumption, billed at the current local pump rate. Consumption depends on your chosen route. We collect an initial fuel deposit during reservation; once your journey concludes, we settled the balance by either refunding the surplus or taking the final payment.
Safety Rules
Are there specific boat protocols?
Upon embarkation, your captain provides a required safety orientation. Standard maritime etiquette is expected: please remove footwear, keep lotions away from upholstery, dispose of paper properly, and use the parasol individually.

How can our concierge assist your trip?
Our personal concierge team is committed to fulfilling your every desire. We manage all logistics, including helicopter travel, tee times at elite golf courses, gourmet dining reservations, and berth arrangements. We also curate bespoke experiences like wine tastings, professional photography, and elaborate surprise celebrations.
Payment
How is payment calculated and how do we pay?
Once you submit a request, our concierge will get in touch to customize your itinerary. You'll receive a formal quote containing a secure payment link. To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit is needed, with the remaining balance to be cleared 7 days prior to departure.
